i just started doing the bestoffer bit, and i got one person that offered a very low amount on an item. i counteroffered, he counteroffered, i accepted. took a little bit to do the deal, but in the end he got a good price and i got a sale that i feel i wouldnt have gotten otherwise and still got a decent markup out of it.
