Auction Stat Updates Not Working

I have been running a test auction for a few days now. It received it's first bid over 24 hrs ago and the next withinn the past 12 hrs.

Under Active listings, it is not updating or showing any stats regarding Bids, Current Bid or High Bidder. They remain at zero and blank.

I thought I read the auctions are updated with Auctiva every 6 hours. Are these stats not included in the update?
