I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing.
We have not made any recent changes to the Auctiva Uploader that would explain why the appearance has changed as you described, so I am not sure why the interface may have started to appear differently on your end.
If you have not done so already, I recommend clearing your browser cache and then restarting your browser to see if that resolves the issue. I also recommend testing out the uploader through an alternate browser to confirm whether the issue is browser specific.
