Hi Queen -

This is something I would recommend filing a support case for. I suspect that everything is working fine and there is just a misunderstanding of what should be charged (as insurance is based on many factors.) But, just in case there is something we need to know about, it is best to talk to customer support so they can sort this out for you! They are the experts!
