Hi SoldItToday,

If you do not wish to use Auctive Shipping Insurance, this setting can be disabled at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Auctiva Shipping Insurance.

If you choose to do this, you can purchase your shipping insurance from USPS or elsewhere with the funds you receive from the buyer.
