Reply to "Auto Insurance Enabled??"

I have re set my shipping insurance setting page so there should NOT be any insurance automatically posting.....and yet in every listing that is being created the automatic insurance is enabled and has to be taken off AGAIN.

What is going on?????
Why is the insurance being forced?????

This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY.
