Belgium deprived of using the scrolling gallery correctly!

On ebay.be the scrolling gallery only displays items, but when trying to "go to" the item page (regardless of the site where the item is listed)we get the error message "unable to display this page"!
The reason is that the url for the item page (beginning with http:// cgi.ebay.be ) is not correct! In Belgium we have 2 different sites dependig on the language (Duch or French) and all pages must begin with http:// cgi.befr .ebay.be/ or
http://cgi.benl.ebay.be/
I have already sent the problem to the help center, but nothing changes!
