Best offer disappeared and error message: memory 1193

Just had some strange things happening when adding new items in my list. The Best offer location is gone. It is a different template in that section than it was yesterday where the Start Price, Fixed Price are.

I am also getting great delays when uploading pictures to my listing. It freezes my screen for about 2 minutes then brings up an error of memory 1193 or something.

Has anyone else had problems?
