Hm, if they're working for you I'd guess it was her pop-up blocker as well -- especially if the link is not doing anything for her. If she's getting the new window but no images then of course that's something entirely different..

If it is her pop-up blocker, though, then I think one way around it is to right-click on the link and open it in a new window (or tab if she's using Firefox).
