Can only get first page of images when selecting for listing

Hello all, I hope I am in the right place. I am going nuts because I am trying to make listings with images I know uploaded correctly. When I go from the listing to select images, only the first page of images comes up, even when I choose the option "all images". I am using IE and have tried clearing my cache, but still am unable to look at all of my images. Thank you for your help.
