I'm going to hazard a guess here...Do you have under 10 FB score? You have to have 10 FB or higher to use fixed price. Have you tried auction style (without actually listing) as a test? And it sounds simple , but are you sure you're logged into Ebay.uk? Easy enough mistake to make
