Hi itsjustme,

We are still uncertain when we will be able to fully resolve the current performance issue which is causing the site slowness you are experiencing, but I still intend to keep you posted through this thread as additional information becomes available.

This issue does not appear to be related to the brief outage we experienced last night though.
