Can't change templates. Gee, another problem!

The ability to change templates and the Master Profile are toast today (yesterday also). Whenever I try to make a change I am presented the ever so helpful maeeasge:

An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.

A lot of good that does! Anyone out there know when this will be fixed? Does anyone really reply to things here?
