Hi Honest,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. We have not made any changes to the Auctiva Uploader recently so I am uncertain why you may have started seeing this behavior recently.

The only feature of the Auctiva Uploader which should cause your images to be enlarged is the preview option (look for the magnifying glass) which shows up when you mouse over an image within the uploader, but selecting that option should not cause the image in question to take up the entire screen.

In any event, if you continue to experience this behavior, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will be happy to continue working with you on this.
