Reply to "Can't find Item Specifics for Shoes listings"

I now realize that Item Specifics will show up for an Auction style listing but not for a Fixed Price listing. All of my listings are fixed price so this is a major issue for me.

Somewhat disappointed that after more than 9 hours I still haven't received a reply to my support case either. I am totally dead in the water on my listings.
