Reply to "Can't log into my account!"

This is the response from Auctiva support: "Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Auctiva website is under the routine maintenance due to which you might experience this issue. We are updating our site to remove the bugs and to add new features. This will certainly help our customers so they do not face any problems in the future. This process takes approximately 5 hours every Thursday night starting around 10:00PM PST (-8 GMT). But, it has been extended tonight for additional 3 hours."
