Hi Lori,

Something is not working the way it should be for you here. You should be able to see the item specifics if FireFox too.

I checked with Auctiva Support, and they suggest you clear out your cache in FF and then try it again. If you still can't see item specifics, then file a support case with them, which you can do at this link. They will be glad to try to help you.
