It might be related to what your ebay settings are.

When using Auctiva Checkout, you must define your settings on your eBay 'Preferences' page. Auctiva Checkout uses your eBay preferences to determine how you want combined checkout to work. If you do not configure your eBay preferences, your combined checkout will run on the defaults eBay provides each user.
