Reply to "Custom Template - Tutorial"

I am new to the site and HTML as well. I am currently using the "black cap 4" Template (the blue one), and I am using the pictures on the left setting. I was wondering if there was a way to make it so that AFTER the pictures, the template would widen to fit around 80% of the page, instead of all being jammed to the right side the whole way down, even when the pictures are left way at the top. Is there a way to do this?
