Hi Donna,

We have to plug our cars in when the weather is really cold so that the batteries don't go dead. According to the temperature converter -40C is the same as -40F. Pretty darned cold! Your breath freezes and your skin can freeze in minutes. It it helps, -30C is -22F so that gives you an idea.
