No, if you state in your auction you take PP, you have to take it in all forms. (You CAN block e-checks tho) The only way to NOT accept it is if you block unconfirmed address...but even that has to be stated in the auction, otherwise you could have a non performing seller report file against you. Maybe that's what you're thinking of ???
