Thanks for the help. I am new to Auctiva and really like some of the features, especially the ones that save me money

so I plan to keep using it.

I thought long and hard about ebay express and at first had a negative attitude about it, but now I am seeing that there might be some real benefits to it. As a small seller I have never had to file any seller protection claims and have often shipped to unconfirmed addresses. My items are not likely to attract scammers so I am not too worried about it. Frankly, I am hoping that ebay express will be a safer environment for buyers because I feel that ebay has gotten out of hand with all the scams. Of course that will be ebay's choice because they make money either way.
