Your "embracing" of the feedback and DSR's just has one serious flaw. You're not working in the real world where you talk to people who have complaints. You're working in the virtual world where machines do the thinking.
Don't forget that under the new plan your negatives (quantity & frequency) as well as your DSR ratings are computed into a "buyer satisfaction" rating. You'll get whacked by being placed lower in the search ranking, you may even have big bad red comments placed on your listing warning potential buyers you are a "bad seller" (see over at Autionbytes.com, the test listing).
Don't be so willing to let everyone "tell you like it is" or you may not have a selling account (suspension).
Be careful what you wish for.
