EBay Store Catagory ?

Lets see if I can explain this so ya'all understand

. I know all listings show in my store but what I want is for them to show in the proper catagory, can I do this with Auctiva. I'm not talking about fixed priced store items but auction and BIN items? Now, when I list they all go to the other catagory and this messes me up. Help?
