Hi bamalena,

The use of eBay "Value Pack" feature actually requires the use of eBay's listing designer feature, as well as the gallery and subtitle. Since Auctiva offers our own selection of 500+ professionally designed templates for free, it is not possible to select eBay's listing designer feature when creating your listings through Auctiva.

Therefore, in order to receive the "Value Pack" discount when listing through Auctiva, you would have to post your itesm with gallery and subtitle selected, and then revise them through eBay to add the listing designer feature.
