hi everett, i am very new to all of this to and i was having similar problems, a customer service guy from this site recommended that i clear out all of my temporary internet files and cookies and try again.. this helped my problem and gave me the token required.. i hope it works for you.. as i said, very new myself and still trying to find my way around and this is all i can suggest.. good luck, helen
