getting error messages on API's - returns and international selling - help!

hi all.

ive clicked the orange "notifications" in auctiva, and noticed that nearly all my listings has the following error

"This listing does not meet the cross border trade requirements." and also "The Return Policy field Refund in the input has been ignored." and its states these are both API errors.

i mainly sell on UK site, and in only two categories. mainly car brochures.
