Google has notified me that the file I uploaded isn't tab-delimited text format

WTH? I tried saving the file via programs to the tab-delimited text format..ASCII..

Again I say...what the? I can't find how to save it in this format? Will a regular .txt file do it? I tried..bout all I can say..
