How do pull contact info on buyers?

I just got a call from UPS stating that they cannot deliver to a buyer in Canada due to not enough info on her address. I listed my phone on the package and so they called me. I just emailed her for the info but is there a way to also pull their phone number on file with ebay?? I hate to have packages hanging like this so the faster I can contact her the better I will feel.
