Hi Paulette - On your listing page, expand the "Shipping Tools" section, and go to the "Domestic Shipping Services" area. In the "cost" box, enter your COMBINED shipping and handling charge. There is no way to specify handling separate from shipping. You could disclose this info in your seller details however if that is your wish.
