I agree that most people are honerable, however all it takes is that 1 or 2. I had a top rated seller buy an item dirt cheap, leave me positive feedback, but then left me a 2 in the DSR's for shipping costs. She never contacted me, it turns out from looking at her listings that someone had given her a low dsr in shipping costs, so she figured she would screw another seller. I never overcharge on shipping and have never had a low mark is the dsr's.
