I have been attacked by the EBAY stooges for suggesting that sellers should be able to block buyers with item not received disputes against their name.
It is up to the seller to decide what proportion of non delivery disputes are appropriate ...one in a thousand, the buyer is genuine. 20 in a hundred...fend off with a bargepole time.
