How to replace pics in an active listing, please

Hi all,
I would like to know how to accomplish the subject matter! I have gone through the tutorials, and also read the other post of today's date with same subject line!
Please, someone step by step me through the process - I have active listings and just rec'd my mannequin and would like to change out the pics!
