Reply to "How would you respond?"

I sent her an answer saying I would give her a refund of the bid amount if she returned the shoes to me in the same condition they were shipped to her in. I told her I was sorry that she was unhappy with them, but that they WERE new as advertised. I also told her I hoped that by the time she has as many feedback as I have that she is able to maintain her 100% since it is nearly impossible to please everyone. This was the response I got this time:
