Well, I offerred her a refund even though my listings say all sales are final. She is still angry because I won't pay her shipping to return them. She is now telling me what I should and shouldnt do. I replied this time with an equally nasty email. Cussing at me three times in a row is just too much! I fully expect a negative now! Oh well!
