Holding negative feedback over the seller's head is feedback extortion. Bringing up the possibility of it happening is a threat.

And it's a good example of why the feedback system doesn't work. Too many people are just no good.

moodymama, however this works out I do hope you've added this person to your blocked bidders list. Otherwise, she'll probably be back again for the same sort of deal.
