Magie,

Acquire and those types by 3m are bookshelf games and do REAL well. Just do a search under board games with the word bookshelf. You'll note that Avalon is a big seller to look for.

I've yet to fail with Murder Mystery Party Games. Heres one if you've never seen them. I sold this one six months ago and got about the same amount as they did.

I picked the below game up on a whim. I had NO idea there would be a huge bidding war. What I didn't know is that this game is one of the few games thats touted by therapists for playing with autistic children.

Once again, you'll have to be signed in as those are links to CLOSED auctions.

My Goodwill sells ALL games, puzzles, etc for 1.00. Not a bad turnaround on my investment. It's best if you can have someone at home looking up items for resell while you're there. It's time consuming making sure all the pieces are there..But trust me, incomplete games sell real well, too.

These types of items aren't seasonal. There are collectors out there that will pay good prices year round.

Just a bit a knowledge out of my gray matter. Sometimes great items are in the least expected places.

My Best,
Donna
