I am trying to upload a file to my Auctiva Commerce store, but no luck at all...not sure if it has to do with my computer or the program I am using, but it is always a new error messages that show up!! I'm so confused If I send a file to the support dept. do you think they could set it up for me in the correct format?? I have thousands of items to list and I am doing it one item at a time...I know there has to be an easier way.
