The 45 day contractual "wait" is way too long.

And if you believe that is excessive, claims involving Italy require 60 days.

Sellers will SOON learn (if they have not already) that the "new" ebay dispute process is designed to speed things up even faster, "adjudicating" claims in a matter of several days.

Given the hasty "investigation" process of the latter, even Payal's draconian "rules" and procedures will look good.

To paraphrase Martha S, this is "Not a good thing."
