Icon On My listing! Need help!

Ok I am pretty new here i mean i signed up a while back but has been absent all these while until like yesterday. Now the question is I have been able to post my very first aution via auctiva but my next one will not post lol!

I noticed there is a flag on both of the successful one and this one but the difference is that the one that went thru says regular and the one i am having problems with says dutch how do i fix this lol! or what did i do wrong?

lastly how do i post these items to my auctiva store?
