As a supplement to Dan's post: On the listing page there are two choices under the start price: 'Individual Items' and 'Lots'. If you check INDIVIDUAL ITEMS and list a quantity of more than one, then you have set up a dutch auction, as explained by Dan's link to ebay. If you check LOTS and list multiple quantities, then it is a LOT sale, meaning you are selling all items together for the winning bid price. Be sure you are selecting the proper boxes for the type of sale you are wanting to set up.
