Hello again,

I managed to get a look in your account and can see what you refer to regarding the image titles and there does appear to be an anomaly that began last month with your images, but it is unclear what has caused the images since that time to have titles as you have noted. Prior to that time the images in your account appear to have differently formatted titles.

Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of this issue - that images uploaded since June 10 have been uploading with such titles and please let us know in your support case if anything on your end changed about that time, such as did you start using a different camera or different image related software prior to uploading your images to Auctiva or change the steps in your process of uploading images. Please provide as much specific detail as you are able in the case so we can investigate further.
