Reply to "Image uploader crashes Firefox and Edge"

We are not experiencing any technical issues on our end where there is difficulty with the image uploader in any browser and have not been receiving similar reports. Based on your report, I tested it in my own account using both Firefox and Edge and was able to upload images without any difficulty in each browser, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.

I suggest that you clear the cache of the browser you prefer prior to logging back in to your account to try again and if you continue to experience difficulty, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site providing the details of what occurs for you when you attempt to upload images and if you are encountering any error messages, please get a screenshot that includes the error message and the full page where you encounter trouble so our support agents can look into it for you.
