Unfortunately you will not be able to add the PDF file itself to your listing for eBay policy reasons. So, if the data is relevant specs for your product, you could convert the PDF to images and include the images in your listing, or use the text in your description - either by converting the PDF to HTML (if you have the right software) or re writing the essential parts. Please be cautious if you use the text in your description, and ensure that you state the origin of the data included (such as the manufacturer) so you are not violating any copyrights.
