It's really frustrating to work on an entire listing and it disappears - twice!

My last 2 listings within the last hour have had to be re-entered because when I get to the bottom of the "create new listing screen" it freezes up and won't post, save or schedule or it says I have a description error and I have to reenter it. What's up??!!
