Item Condition - Cannot add 'used' to condition description

I have recently signed up for a free trialand have listed a few items using profiles.
During one listing I stated an item was new.
I subsequently wanted to use the same category for another item and I can now only choose from all the new item statements. Used is nowhere to be seen. I have tried using the master template and without and still cannot get a 'used' condition for that category I previously stated an item was new to appear! I don't have a clue how to sort this out and have spent the best part of the afternoon achieving nothing! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
