Suggestion......

It would be helpful, if possible, to plan such down times or coordinate them a bit better with what is going on on eBay, since it usually shuts us down completely for a couple/few hours, around promotions where we are on time constraints to begin with.

I understand this can be difficult since there is not always much notice with promotions but since you are a third party provider I am sure you would be able to have better access to when promotions are scheduled to run....maybe.

Just a thought.
