Keep getting error on trying to relist old listings from saved and closed

I am trying to relist some items from 2014 from my saved and closed folders and nothing is working. I have not sold in a long time and just started again. I am getting a message "The specified Description contains active content". I have read about this and find no active content. My ebay token is up to date as well.
I have contacted support 4 times now and nobody is responding. I used to get a response immediately. Please help!!!
