if you post again from Saved, that is sending the data from the Saved listing up to eBay as a new listing. If you relist from closed it goes back to eBay as it came from eBay and is a relist.

Please be aware that if you have not imported listings from Closed within 90 days of their closing, you will not be able to relist (or import) that data as eBay does not hold listing data past that point and your closed listings page references eBay directly.
