Reply to "Listing on Amazon.com - some questions"

I tried to figure out Amazon out but I couldn't figure out how to list an item that they didn't already have listed to "add" my listing too. There fore to creat a unique item seemed to take an act of congress or shall i say someone perhaps with a more comfortable computer chair and a bit more patience.
